Disposables Plastics

$2.00 per person

This option includes an 10 ½ inch plastic plate, a 4-inch plastic bread plate, black plastic knife, fork, and spoon wrapped in a clothlike napkin.

China Option

$6.50 per person

This option includes a 10 ½ inch China plate, a 4-inch China bread plate, a linen napkin, and a stainless steel knife, fork, and spoon. Busing service is included.

Glassware Option

$1.00 per person

This upgrade includes a 12 ounce water glass for each guest. Glassware will be gathered by staff and replaced with disposable cups immediately after your meal.

Table Cloth Option

Market plus $5.00 per cloth

This upgrade includes the pick-up and drop-off of all tablecloths and linens from Peoria area rental companies. Black tablecloths for serving tables are provided for all full-service catering options at no charge. Additional tablecloths for dining tables can be arranged with this service.

Additional Services

Dining Room Set up Assistance

$50.00 per hour per assistant (one hour minimum)

Our staff would be more than happy to assist you in setting up your event, or even taking care of it all. You name it, and we can help. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing  dining tables, setting tables, decorating assistance, and seating guests.

Cake Cutting

$1.50 per person

Our servers will cut and plate your cake. Upon request, a disposable small plate and fork are included with no extra charge. 

Our staff are available to remove all disposables from guest tables. All trash will be removed from catering premise when caterers leave. Busing tables and removing disposables is not included with catering, unless they are added.

Drink Service

$35.00 per hour per assistant (one hour minimum)

Our servers will take care of serving all of your guests their drinks. Cups and ice will be provided with all beverage orders but are self-serve unless beverage service is added. Keep your guests enjoying their event and leave the work to us!

Venue Clean-up Service

$50.00 per hour, per assistant (one hour minimum)

Our staff would be happy to assist in the entire clean-up of your event at its conclusion. That's right! We will cover trash removal, venue sweeping, table and chair cleaning and stacking, along with any agreed upon tasks.
